Acro 101
Your child LOVES to handstand, cartwheel, and roll around the house, and you want them to learn acro tricks in a fun and safe class environment.
But, you might just want to try it out first.
This is why we are offering the Acro 101 Program for ages six and up this summer– a beginner session for students who are new to acro!
In this program, your child will learn beginner-level acrobatic tricks, partnering, and across the floor combinations. Created by the world-renowned Acro Dance Teachers Association (ADTA), Acro 101 is the highest quality acro program available for beginner students.
Once your child completes their 101 session, they will be ready to move on! At this point, you can decide if you would like them to join one of our full year acro classes and continue learning and developing new acro skills.
Meets every Tuesday and Thursday from June 11- July 25 from 5:00-6:00 pm. (no class July 2 or July 4).
Cost is $150 for the 12-lesson session!

For dancers ages 2-3 years old: June 11-13 10:00-10:30 am
Come join in the fun while Twinkle Bear takes campers through storybook adventures like going on a picnic, having a tea party, and going to the zoo! This camp is perfect for little ones to experience class structure in a fun way through reading and learning some dance moves!
Cost is $20/day.

5 week Spring Session for 4-7 year olds: Wednesdays April 3-May 1
4-7 year old Tap/Ballet/Jazz combo class- 45 minute class, after school
Let your young dancer try dance for this 5 week session! These classes are the perfect way to learn the foundations of dance while having fun!

A Midsummer Night's Dream Ballet- Theater Benefit Performance
Summer performance opportunity for 3rd grade and up!
Audition for a part in this ballet this summer! We will warm-up and learn choreography daily for a week and then run-through the ballet the following week in the studio and at the theater. This experience will end with a dress rehearsal and then performance on stage at The Iowa Theater! This performance is a benefit to The Iowa, with all ticket proceeds going back into supporting our local theater.
The package cost is $200 and will include:
Auditions on June 10 from 3:00-5:00 pm.
Ballet class and learning choreography June 11-14 from 3:00-5:00 pm.
At least 2 more run-throughs in the studio during the week of June 17.
Tech rehearsal at The Iowa on Thursday, June 20.
Dress rehearsal at The Iowa on Saturday, June 22.
Performance at The Iowa on Sunday, June 23.
Costume rental fee.

Princess Magic Dance Camp™ It’s a week-long Princess Magic adventure dancing with royal pals Belle, Tiana, Moana, Rapunzel. Dancers learn ballet, tap, and jazz routines to favorite songs like “You’re Welcome” “Be Our Guest” “Princess Pokey” “The Perfect Princess Tea” and more. Crafts and snacks are provided each day. This dance camp is geared towards all children ages 3-6.

Think Pink! for a week-long dance camp exploring the iconic Dollhouse Dream and signature looks like Cowgirl, President, Popstar, and Malibu Beach. Dancers learn ballet, jazz, and hip-hop routines to favorite songs like “Welcome to the Dreamhouse!” “Try It On” “Pink” “Dance the Night” “Life In Color” and more. Crafts and snacks are provided each day. This dance camp is geared towards all children ages 6-10.

Dance Intensive for dancers ages 10 and up.
Dancers 5th grade and up are invited to spend the day at the studio on TBD in June to dive into all different genres! Classes may include ballet, modern, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, musical theater, tap, and yoga. Classes will be taught through CLI, from former WBDS alumni and possibly other guest teachers! This fun day together also includes lunch.
Cost is $100 for the day.
